BlogThought of the Week: Because I Didn't.Dante writes that the biggest awfulness one could encounter in his version of hell is regret: because I didn't. But all my didn'ts gave me things I never expected to have, or find such boundless joy in. Some didn'ts made me miserable. Which is the way everything goes, the trick is to skirt the inferno and keep the doors to one's heart propped open with bookends and ice-lolly sticks lest the good things pass you by.
