Hooray for Shaukata (as Aasim Sajjad likes to call him) and the passing of the Karo-Kari bill! Even though nobody will ever be convicted and hanged for the crime, at least it's an effort :P I think that dramay are the fundamental, basic germs of being eastern- even our social crimes are so much more convoluted than most. Forget serial killers and psychopaths; here it's just 'meri behn ka dupatta chudd oye!' and there you have it. Bang bang. I wonder if a woman could kill her brother for messing around with a girl.
