Today's paper headlined "Strain of Bird Flu detected in Sindh", alongwith a largeish picture of a butt-ugly chicken.Bird Flu. Thailand's first bird-flu death has been reported today. Someone died from bird flu. Bird flu in Sindh. Scary
things like that don't happen to me, or people I know. Sindh isn't very far away.
We live in dangerous times- no wars, but killers we don't understand instead.
